The place has great ambiance and service. The food isn't always the best, but it's a place worth experiencing for first visit at Leavenworth. 3.5 stars Portions are good for the food. The value is good.

I KNEW we had been here before! Once again the pork hock got us. Once we walked in we both said "I think we have been here before?" And then the closer we got to the bar the memories all came back. Once again that pork hock is fire. We get it and split it. This time we passed on the pretzel and instead got a sausage sampler and the cream of kraut. Both were delicious but the cream of kraut!? Holy cow!! I'm obsessed with sauerkraut so to make a soup out of it...chefs kiss. Once again we had amazing food here. I guess this is our go to spot now.

Every time we come to Leavenworth, we always come to this restaurant for a reason. Their food is definitely a step above the other nearby places, so for us it's worth the wait. They do a proper giant pretzel, it's actually big and fluffy with dipping options like mustard and cheese. They accommodate small children very well too, so for our family have been a great experience before and after having little ones. They're centrally located in town, and has a nice Bavarian feel inside. Highly recommend.

We haven't been to Leavenworth in 2 years. It's really good to see that the Schnitzel Cordon Bleu is still just as flavorful as ever! I have been looking forward to this dish for over 400 miles and it did not disappoint. Thankfully we are here now, which seems to be the off season for tourism, so lucky for us there was no waiting. The Schnitzel was breaded well and stuffed with layers of ham and Swiss. It was fairly large and tender, easy to cut. The sauce and spätzle are a magic combination of flavors. Seriously, this dish is addictive and I will be back tomorrow for another.

Authentic German American owned. Love this place and their food. It's always super busy for a reason. Put your name in at least an hour before you want to eat. Pork knuckles are massive but authentic and delicious. Friendly service.

Not only did it provide amazing value, but it also came with pickles that complemented the meats perfectly. This dish alone makes the visit worthwhile for anyone looking to sample authentic German sausages. We let our amazing waiter pick out our sausages! Pretzel and Sauerkraut The pretzel was slightly overdone, losing some of its potential charm. Even more disappointing was the sauerkraut, which was notably different from traditional preparations and failed to meet expectations. Overall Experience Quick seating and a solid selection of German classics make Andreas Keller a restaurant worth trying. While not perfect, it offers a decent taste of German cuisine that will satisfy your craving for hearty, traditional fare. The ambience was all very German themed while not being overbearing.

This is our 3rd time here. We come EVERY year for our "dating anniversary" and it is great! We came over the last weekend of Jan last year and it was TOO BUSY for us to have dinner. But this year on a Tuesday we got seated right Away. Had the beef goulash and the Wiener schnitzel- amazing! And BECKY was a great waitress. On top of serving us. We ordered the The Gewurtzrameiner and got the bottle. Which was great, since we didn't finish it got to take it in a to go bag. Nice energy as the place wasn't crowded compared to any weekend night

What a fun little restaurant with delicious food! My husband and I made reservations on the morning of the day we wanted to have dinner there and they were able to add us on their list. Upon arrival, there was a little bit of a wait but nothing terrible and we were seated at a table. The ambiance is really warm and inviting. They had live music going on and the gentleman singing and playing was very talented. He serenaded us and sang a special song for our little baby on the way which was really cute and heart warming. Food was tasty and we enjoyed the drinks! - Cola and fanta mix - super refreshing and loved this a lot! - sauerkraut soup - very tasty and the perfect start to our dinner - schnitzel was tasty and well seasoned - sausage with potato salad and kraut - also very solid. It threw me off because the sausage was a very pale white color but it tasted good! Overall, I really loved this restaurant but it definitely gets super busy here so I highly recommend reservations if you come during peak season/dinner time
